As an RN in the Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic’s South Pointe Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients requiring expedited evaluation. This role is ideal for dedicated caregivers who thrive in a supportive environment and are committed to enhancing patient experiences.

What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans
- Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs
- Educate patients and their families
Requirements
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
- Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered
- Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
