What You’ll Do

As an RN Clinic Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supporting providers and coordinating seamless healthcare experiences for patients and families.

Champion Safe, Quality Care

  • Perform clinical procedures safely, effectively, and in compliance with professional nursing standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healing environment for patients, visitors, and team members.
  • Support infection prevention practices and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, patient safety, and accreditation standards.

Lead Patient Care Coordination

  • Prioritize and manage patient care activities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate critical findings with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Coordinate patient flow and contribute to an efficient, positive patient experience.
  • Provide timely updates and education to patients and families throughout their care journey.

Collaborate Across the Care Team

  • Partner with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Deliver effective hand-offs that support continuity of care.
  • Delegate responsibilities appropriately while ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery.
  • Seek guidance and collaborate proactively to address patient needs and clinical challenges.

Create Exceptional Patient Experiences

  • Build trusting relationships through empathy, professionalism, and compassionate care.
  • Resolve concerns promptly using service recovery techniques.
  • Anticipate patient needs and contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment.
  • Support teammates and foster a culture of teamwork and respect.

  • Stay current on evidence-based nursing practices and clinical advancements.

Minimum Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.

Experience

  • 0 to 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing.
  • Current BLS Provider Certification issued by the American Heart Association.
