We are a small home health care company servicing central NJ since 1973 and are looking for a part‑time Nursing Supervisor. You will be responsible for efficient and effective delivery of all clinical and paraprofessional services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensuring qualified employees and contractors provide patient care in accordance with applicable laws & regulations and accepted standards of care.
- Confirm that Interim HealthCare's policies and procedures are followed by all service providers.
- Work in partnership with the Operations Manager and Owner to ensure qualified caregivers are recruited, retained, supervised, and evaluated.
- Maintain on‑call as scheduled for clinical questions during and after normal office hours.
- Support new business initiatives.
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in NJ and have home care and management experience within the last five (5) years.
