Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of NursingReview documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policyWhat You Will NeedMinimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital is requiredPrior supervisory experience is preferred but not requiredLicensed in the state as a Registered NurseCurrent CPR certification requiredPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
