Diversicare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing in Kansas for one of our center-based leadership roles. The ADON will help manage the nursing department, participate in orientation and policy enforcement, and support care planning and CQI efforts.
The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with at least three years of nursing experience and one year in supervision, plus strong organizational and communication skills. LTC/SNF experience is preferred.
