We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for Night Shift to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.

What You'll Do

• As a Night Shift RN, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive attentive, safe, and compassionate care throughout the night.
• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Communicate important updates with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide leadership and support to the nursing team.
• Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassion for serving the geriatric population
• New Grads Welcome! Graduated Nurses (GNs) who are beginning their nursing careers are encouraged to apply.
