Baptist Health in Crossbridge Behavioral Health is seeking an RN Administrative Supervisor to join the Nursing Service Management Team. You will help assure quality patient care by adjusting staffing to match hours per patient day, staff mix, and acuity, and you will serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff nurses.
The role directs the Nursing Service Department in the absence of Directors and the Chief Nursing Officer and may have additional duties within the scope of the role.
