RN – Neurology Case Manager | Clinical Systems Lead

Neurology clinical experience required; this role is not suitable for generalist or UM-only RNs.

We are hiring a Neurology-trained Registered Nurse with direct clinical experience in neurology settings to support care coordination, clinical documentation, and workflow development for a growing chronic‑neurology care model.

This is a non-bedside, senior clinical role that requires prior hands‑on experience in neurology nursing. This role is not a generalist RN, utilization management‑only, or health plan position.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise, mentor, and clinically support LPNs providing patient outreach and documentation
  • Review, approval, and sign off on care plans, time‑based activity logs, and billing‑related documentation
  • Conduct periodic patient check‑ins and manage neurology‑related clinical escalations
  • Serve as a clinical liaison with partner neurologists and specialty providers
  • Maintain high‑quality documentation standards in EMRs and digital health platforms
  • Contribute to SOPs, workflows, and clinical systems as the organization scales

Required Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)

  • 2+ years of direct clinical nursing experience in neurology‑focused settings , such as:
  • Outpatient neurology clinics
  • MS, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, or movement disorder programs
  • Neuro‑rehabilitation or brain injury programs
  • Inpatient neurology or neuro‑ICU
  • Experience caring for patients with chronic neurologic and neurodegenerative conditions
  • Strong clinical documentation and medical record review skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a non‑bedside, senior clinical role

This Role Is Not a Fit If Your Background Is Primarily:

  • General med‑surg without neurology specialization
  • Utilization management or quality‑only roles without neurology clinical practice
  • Case management limited to non‑neurologic populations
  • $135,000–$145,000/year (DOE)
  • Performance‑based incentives tied to patient outcomes and care quality
  • Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays
  • Growth opportunity within a neurology‑focused, scaling organization
