RN Neuro Trauma ICU

LewisGale Medical Center seeks a dedicated RN for our Neuro Trauma ICU. In this fast-paced, tertiary care environment, you will provide complex, evidence-based care to patients with neurological injuries and multi-system trauma.

Responsibilities include continuous assessment, titration of vasoactive and sedation drips, ventilator management, neuro checks, and coordination of care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, support transitions of care, and uphold safety and quality standards while contributing to a culture of compassion, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth.
