HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Navigator for our Breast Center to guide patients through the breast care continuum. In this role, you’ll coordinate diagnostic testing, treatments, and follow-up, educating patients and families while serving as a key liaison between surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and support services. You will assess clinical and psychosocial needs, remove barriers to care, and ensure timely appointments and referrals.
