RN - Mother-Baby / Post Partum

7 PM - 7 AM, with Tuesday starts. Three to four weekend shifts required per schedule. No call required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Mother/Baby care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide care for both mothers and newborns, ensuring a positive and supportive environment. The RN will assist with assessments, education, and care procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to mothers and their newborns.
• Assist with lactation support and educational resources for new parents.
• Conduct necessary medical procedures such as phototherapy and blood sugar checks.
• Administer IV antibiotics as ordered and monitor patient status.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have prior Mother/Baby nursing experience.
• NRP and BLS certifications required.
• NICU or postpartum experience is preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
