Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, Aurora, CO
Department: Med Surg Progressive Care
Work Schedule: Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Day and Night Rotation
Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)
Position is onsite; no hybrid or remote option.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification – BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR card must be valid for at least 60 days after hire.

Progressive Care Focus
- Direct care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a technically complex environment.
- Application of AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards as part of evidence‑based care models.
- Clinical Educators support individualized specialty education and training for competency validation.
