We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process, deliver age-specific patient care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and provide leadership to support staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations.

- De-escalation Training active prior to contract start date (or course scheduled before orientation)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
- EMR: CPSI / Evident
- Holiday Coverage: Not Required
