Job Description:
Join a dedicated team on a 13-week travel assignment in Quincy, Illinois, working 12-hour day shifts. This role involves caring for a mix of pediatric and adult medical/surgical patients in a small, close-knit 20-bed unit. You’ll coordinate patient care, manage medications using Acu-dose, and utilize Allscripts charting system, all while adapting to fluctuating census levels. The facility values flexibility, as traveling RNs may float between units based on staffing needs, especially during busier winter months. An EPIC certification within the past year is required, with a start date as soon as possible. PALS certification is necessary to care for pediatric patients, while ACLS certification is not required. The weekly gross pay is approximately $2,132.80, with a total commitment of 36 hours per week, providing a balanced work schedule with plenty of time to explore the area.
