We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- BLS‑AHA provider‑issued card required within 30 days of start
- Minimum 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
- BSN preferred
