Role Overview
Provides elder-centered care in collaboration with nursing leadership and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring ethical, compassionate practice aligned with standards and Eden Philosophy. Responsible for operational management, quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory compliance at a long-term care facility. Serves on the hospital executive team to support operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school
- Alaska RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including 1 year in long-term care
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, experience managing programs or staff, and expertise in quality improvement and infection control
