Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN/LPN Unit Manager:
- Previous experience as a RN/LPN Unit Manager preferred
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must hold a current Maryland LPN or RN License
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
