Job Summary: We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nurse Weekend Program. As an RN/LPN Nurse Weekend Program staff member, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring a comfortable and dignified living experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication lists
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an LPN or RN in a similar setting preferred
- Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
