Responsibilities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes to providers and families.
- Deliver compassionate, person-centered dementia care.
- Work collaboratively with caregivers and leadership to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Experience in dementia care, assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
