Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and supervision
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding residents' health

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Valid Unencumbered Arkansas Nursing License
