To support the MSN Competency Based Education (CBE) curriculum, the part-time RN Licensed Nursing Faculty will engage with students, provide academic support, and facilitate learning in nursing education, nursing informatics, or nurse executive courses, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Work directly with students to assist with questions and challenges related to competency acquisition Initiate regular academic engagement and document interactions in student records Conduct weekly office hours and synchronous webinars while monitoring student progress and curriculum quality Required qualifications Earned master's in nursing (MSN) and a Doctorate (preferably in Nursing) from an accredited institution Minimum of two years' experience teaching graduate courses in nursing education, nurse executive, or nursing informatics Evidence of current RN licensure in one of the 50 states in the US Commitment to advocating for the learning needs of distance education students Experience with distance learning preferred
