RN Licensed Clinical Service Lead

Managing day-to-day clinical service workflows, the full-time RN Licensed Clinical Service Lead will ensure service-level agreements and quality standards are met while serving as an operational point of contact for external partners in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee execution of clinical service workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational deliverables Coordinate case assignments and outreach activities to support timely and high-quality care delivery Prepare and deliver operational reports on service performance and workflow status to leadership and external partners Required qualifications Active RN or LPN license in a compact licensure state, or MA Certification Experience in Chronic Care Management (CCM, PCM, APCM) Strong operational and workflow management skills in clinical environments Ability to balance hands-on production work with oversight responsibilities Clear written and verbal communication skills for partner-facing and internal contexts
