To enhance the technical effectiveness of the Clinical Chart Validation team, the full-time RN Licensed Auditor Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering technical training, mentoring team members, and assessing training needs while collaborating with subject matter experts in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver technical training plans and materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives Mentor and support audit team members, including conducting orientation for new hires Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements based on performance assessments Required qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing Active RN License in state of residence 5 to 7+ years of experience with InterQual/MCG and knowledge of medical claims and billing systems Background in Utilization Management and/or Case Management Strong presentation skills and experience in training design and delivery
