Title: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Description
This position involves providing critical care in a Labor & Delivery setting. The role requires a registered nurse to assess, plan, and implement patient care strategies. The RN will work onsite, managing patient care during a specific shift, and will be responsible for coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- BSN degree required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field.
- Competency in medication titration.
- NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
- Ability to supervise other nursing personnel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with patient care planning and implementation.
Qualifications
- Two years of relevant nursing experience.
- Experience in a PICU/NICU setting is preferred.
- Proven ability to assess and manage patient care needs effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising nursing staff.
- Proficient in health teaching and counseling.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
