Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a supportive maternity team in Sterling, Colorado . This is a great opportunity for an L&D RN who enjoys providing high-quality care in a community-focused hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in condition
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Collaborate closely with OB providers, anesthesia, and NICU/pediatric teams
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Qualifications
- BLS required
- NRP required (ACLS preferred)
- 2+ years of recent L&D experience preferred
- Strong fetal monitoring and newborn care skills
