RN Labor & Delivery

Requirements

• Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered-please include a copy in submission
• 24 months minimum of current Labor & Delivery experience -REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission andINCLUDED IN SUBMISSION -REQUIRED
• No License Hits -REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) Please add vaccination status in the submission notes

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• AFM
• BLS (AHA)
• NRP
• PALS (AHA)

• Arizona
