Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery RN at a well-regarded hospital in Weatherford, TX, for a 13-week contract. This role offers the chance to work in a dedicated L&D unit with four beds, providing immediate newborn care and supporting c-section recoveries. Your responsibilities will include managing labor and delivery processes, performing neonatal assessments within the golden hour, and circulating c-sections. The shift is 12 hours at night, providing a unique opportunity to experience the quieter, more focused hours of hospital operation. Expect to work every other weekend with guaranteed 36 hours per week. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs with a minimum of two years’ hospital-based labor and delivery experience who are comfortable with Meditech systems and managing patient ratios of 1:1 and 2:1.
