Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based L&D training for Labor/Delivery RN staff on-site.
- Monitor and document learner progress against measurable performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date training records, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Assess trainee needs and tailor learning plans to achieve certification goals.
- Deliver hands-on simulations and competency checks for obstetric procedures.
- Facilitate skills labs, debriefs, and just-in-time coaching in on-site settings.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to align L&D programs with department growth targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to improve learning pipelines and throughput.
- Analyze target indicators to forecast growth potential in the labor and delivery unit.
- Ensure a high-visibility learning environment with transparent progress dashboards.
- Support talent development with mentorship and career progression planning.
- Coordinate with HR to manage contract learning schedules and performance outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications
- RN license with OB/L&D clinical orientation and obstetric procedure competency
- Evidence-based L&D training design for Labor/Delivery RN staff
- On-site simulation facilitation and competency assessments in obstetric care
- Track learner progress against measurable performance metrics and dashboards
- Maintain training records, certifications, and regulatory compliance documentation
