Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Night Shift: 3x12 Hour (18:45 - 07:15)

Job Description

The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) provides care for patients during labor, delivery, postpartum, and for newborns. This role requires a proactive approach to patient care, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients during labor and delivery.
• Provide postpartum care and education to new parents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform assessments and communicate with the healthcare team regarding patient status.
• Assist with newborn care and assessments.
• Support patients and families through the labor and delivery process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Active Oklahoma state RN license or compact RN license.
• Certifications required: AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP. Preferred: ACLS, STABLE.
• Charting experience with Epic is required.
