Job Description:
Join this exciting 13-week contract as a Nurse Shift Manager in a busy maternity unit. You’ll oversee high-risk obstetrics, recoveries, postpartum, and women’s health patients, including complex cases like major maternal or fetal complications. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team during 12-hour night shifts in a well-equipped facility with advanced perinatal safety initiatives. Expect to coordinate patient care for approximately 250 births per month, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices and maternal mental health screenings. Your strong charge nurse experience and familiarity with Cerner EMR will make a difference in a hospital that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
