Salary

$48/hour base plus competitive tips (up to $15/hour). During your first six months, if your tips average less than $10/hour, we’ll make up the difference.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records
• Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions
• Work with the District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt of supplies, and using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers
• Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics
• Maintain documentation of patient care services
• Train new staff
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff
• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company’s Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines

Schedule

Full‑time position. 4–5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift), with 3 weekend shifts required per month. Submit 4 days of unavailability per month.

Locations You’ll Cover

Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Ladera Ranch, plus occasional OC Mobile IV shifts.

Clinic Hours

Team members must be available for scheduling during both morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In‑depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in‑patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of excellent customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
