Description
The Administrative RN Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who combines clinical expertise with operational and administrative coordination to support the Interventional Pulmonary Program. This role is responsible for coordinating patient care, managing workflows, facilitating communication among multidisciplinary teams, and supporting program operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with professional nursing standards and ANA guidelines.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and care navigation within the Interventional Pulmonary Program.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Oversee patient care workflows and support clinic operations, efficiency, and patient experience initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and resource utilization activities.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to optimize patient outcomes, safety, and operational effectiveness.
Additional Requirements
- Travel between Westwood and Santa Monica office locations is required.
