How you'll make an impact in this role
- Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and clinical protocols.
- Implement, monitor, and update individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and changes.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and support discharge planning needs.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license ifconsidered multi-state/Compact State.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Weekday day shift, weekend and holiday on call rotation, Call coverage shared between EMH and SJH
