RN, Intermediate Float Pool

Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City is seeking an RN for our Intermediate Float Pool. In this role, you will provide evidence-based nursing care across intermediate and step-down units, adapting quickly to diverse patient populations and acuity levels.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, patient and family education, and close collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will support a patient-centered, mission-driven culture, precept and mentor staff as needed, and uphold safety, quality, and documentation standards in a fast-paced teaching hospital environment.
