Innovative Care NJ (legal: Innovative Care Staffing Solutions LLC) is a Joint Commission-accredited home care and healthcare staffing agency in Maplewood, NJ.
We are hiring an NJ-licensed Registered Nurse to instruct a Home Health Aide training class. Teach the HHA curriculum (personal care skills, vital signs, infection control, patient safety, documentation), lead hands-on skills practice and competency evaluations, and mentor students preparing for home care careers.
Schedule: October 26 November 19, 2026, Monday Thursday, 9:00 AM 3:00 PM. Same instructor for all 16 sessions (96 hours total).
Pay: $55 per hour.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered NJ RN license (required)
- Home care experience (required) must understand home care and working with HHAs
- Teaching or precepting experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
