Daily Responsibilities
- Provide case management to patients within an acute setting
- Responsible for quality and continuous improvement within the job scope.
- Responsible for all actions/responsibilities as described in company controlled documentation for this position.
- Contributes to and supports the corporation's quality initiatives by planning, communicating and encouraging team and individual contributions toward the corporation's quality improvement efforts.
- Responsible for comprehensive patient assessments through health care records, physician and patient interviews.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive patient care plans.
- Responsible for collaboration with healthcare team to provide feedback, updates and recommendations regarding health status and plan of care for patient.
Requirements
- RN license in the state of NV
- Acute Care Experience (Hospital)
Hours for this Position
Monday – Friday 8-5
