Role Overview
Clinic-based Registered Nurse (RN) delivering in-store immunizations and patient education. This is a float RN position supporting multiple CVS stores in the Overland Park area based on staffing needs.
Key Duties
- Administer vaccines (Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other routine immunizations)
- Patient counseling + vaccine education
- Accurate documentation + HIPAA compliance
- Support clinic workflow in a retail setting
- Float to other stores in the region as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active KS RN license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year RN experience including immunizing + direct patient care
- HS Diploma/GED
Compliance Note
License/BLS should be valid through 12/31/2026; if expiring earlier, provide a renewal timeline.
Mileage & Travel
Mileage reimbursed only when traveling from the home store to another store and back, only if roundtrip exceeds 50 miles/day (only miles over 50 reimbursed). Parking/tolls may be reimbursed case-by-case with approval.
