Role Overview:
Provides direct, high-acuity patient care in an intensive care setting, ensuring patient safety, optimal outcomes, and resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiates corrective actions based on monitoring and life support equipment data.
- Responds decisively to life-threatening situations following nursing protocols.
- Delivers critical care to complex patients in a technically demanding environment.
- React effectively to stressful situations with critical thinking and minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations.
- At least 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
- Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings.
