RN ICU Float Night Shift

Role Overview

This is an onsite Registered Nurse position in the ICU, providing direct, high-level patient care in a technically complex environment. The role emphasizes utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and prioritizing evidence-based practice, patient wellness, and safety.

Responsibilities

Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, model proficiency through precepting new staff, support specialty education, and contribute to quality outcomes at the point of care. The role involves working in a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting with a focus on clinical excellence and safety.

Qualifications & Skills

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, state RN licensure, and 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship. Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications, with BLS valid through sixty days of hire. Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning are essential.
