UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN ICU Float to deliver advanced, patient-centered critical care across multiple hospital ICU units. In this role, you’ll care for high-acuity patients, perform continuous assessments, administer complex medications and infusions, and manage ventilators and other ICU equipment. As part of a collaborative, academic health system, you’ll partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support patients and families, and contribute to innovation, quality improvement, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
