This role is perfect for experienced ICU nurses ready to handle a high-acuity, Level 1 trauma environment. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, with opportunities to float within intensive care units and work alongside an in-house intensivist 24/7. Your focus will be on early recognition of patient condition changes, critical thinking, and effective communication, all while managing complex cases such as transplants, vascular surgeries, and airway emergencies. This assignment offers a fast-paced yet rewarding experience that hones your trauma and ICU skills in a supportive setting.
