In this PRN role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, manage complex monitoring and life-support equipment, administer medications, and respond rapidly to emergencies. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
