RN House Supervisor RN - Per Diem

Overview

RN House Supervisor at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This position is Per-Diem and will work 12-hour Variable shifts.

Supports the Patient Care Division and Administration with coordination of hospital operations on assigned shift to support the Mission and Core Values of the organization and in compliance with all regulatory agencies. Utilizing available resources works to insure the provision of efficient, cost effective and safe delivery of patient care.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital operations on the assigned shift to support the Mission and Core Values and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize available resources to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and safe delivery of patient care.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Division and Administration to support smooth shift operations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License at time of hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at time of hire.
• 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an RN House Supervisor, ANM, Nurse Manager (Nursing Leadership).
• 2 years Charge Nurse experience.
• 5 years RN experience in Acute Care.
