For over 100 years, we've been committed to delivering exceptional care to our community.What You'll Do As an RN House Supervisor, you'll provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for Nursing Services during weekday shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. Your responsibilities include:Coordinating hospital-wide nursing activities and ensuring continuity of patient careInvolving the patient, family, or designated care partner to meet educational, physical, psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and population-specific needsConstructing and implementing individualized plans of care using nursing knowledge and skillIntegrating direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co-morbiditiesCoordinating interdisciplinary care and developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plansCompleting purposeful hourly rounding to enhance communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needsProactively evaluating the environment to ensure it remains patient-friendly and safeParticipating in bedside report to support patient/family understanding, reduce anxiety, and address care concernsThis role blends clinical leadership, communication, and patient-centered care with the ability to guide teams and support hospital operations.What We Offer St. Mary's provides a supportive environment where leaders can grow, thrive, and make a meaningful impact.
