Healthcare Services Administrator (RN)As a Healthcare Services Administrator (RN), you will provide collaborative leadership in planning, directing, integrating, and coordinating healthcare services to maintain high-quality standards. You will be responsible for responding to community and patient needs on a shift-by-shift basis and will serve as the administrative representative during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.ResponsibilitiesLead operational support for healthcare services within the facility.Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Respond to patient and community needs proactively.Act as an administrative representative during designated shifts.Collaborate with nursing teams to provide effective leadership and oversight.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent unencumbered Oregon RN license is required upon submission (BSN preferred).Healthcare Provider BLS certification is required.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a hospital setting.Experience in Critical Care/Trauma is preferred.ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC/ATCN certifications are required for PCH Nursing Administration.ScheduleThis position offers a varied schedule, requiring availability to work every other weekend.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
