The House Supervisor is responsible for coordination and direction of safe and efficient patient care and throughput in the hospital by providing a communication link with ED, patient registration, LIPs and nursing units. As a House Supervisor you will:Serve as clinical resource person in delivery and supervision of direct and indirect care processes.Provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management.Act as agent for department and hospital executives when they are not present and reports concerns and events to the designated administrator on call.Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Two years clinical RN experience required1-year clinical leadership experience, preferredBSN required within 2 years of hireMSN preferredRN License to practice in Colorado or Kansas as applicableCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart AssociationCurrent Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart AssociationPALS or ENPC required upon hire or within three months of hire/transferPhysical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Where You'll WorkPenrose - St.
