RN - House Supervisor

RN House SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to promote and restore patients' health through effective daily management and long-term planning of the patient care area. This role involves directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and providing physical and psychological support for patients and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations by selecting, orienting, training, and scheduling nursing staff.Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; identify system improvements.Contribute to financial management by monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.Establish a rapport with patients to understand their service requirements and ensure quality of care.Maintain adherence to state nursing regulations and internal policies through the development and updates of procedures.Ensure the provision of emotional, psychological, and spiritual support for patients and their families.Oversee patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff, and following up on outcomes.Manage infection-control policies and protocols to protect patients and staff.Maintain documentation and auditing of patient care services.Participate in team problem solving and maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare teams.QualificationsCurrent ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association).Minimum of 2 years of recent Charge RN experience and ICU supervisory hospital experience.Active RN license in California.Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Work ScheduleShifts will be scheduled on Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays.Additional InformationThis is an opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a team focused on delivering high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff.Client Details State CA
