RN Hospice Executive Director — Patient-Centric Leader

Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a seasoned RN Executive Director to lead our Ardmore team. You will oversee all operations, planning, implementing, and evaluating hospice services, coordinating patient care and guiding staff toward high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Reporting to the COO, you will provide strategic direction, operational management, and leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and continuous quality improvement across all services.
