RN Home Health role at CommonSpirit Health at Home. St. Elizabeth Home Care – Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

As a Registered Nurse with St. Elizabeth Home Care, you’ll deliver expert clinical services, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and build meaningful relationships with patients and families. This home health nursing position offers a favorable work-life balance with no after-hours on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides, to facilitate and cultivate a team of caregivers.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; active RN license in the state served.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred).
• Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.
• CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license
