Position Summary |
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to patients under the direction of a physician. Responsibilities include implementing and evaluating individualized patient care plans, coordinating with care teams, and ensuring quality care delivery. The RN may supervise LPNs, CNAs, and HHAs, and retains responsibility for the overall nursing care of assigned patients. PRN as needed. Territory Duval, St. John's, Clay and Nassau counties in FL Competitive visit rates and mileage reimbursement |
